A-Trak: Mourning MySpace

Very good points made by A-Trak. Can't help but feel the same way. I remember discovering bands was so easy with myspace. You could go to one place to check out new bands/music and see if there was any local tour dates if you  liked them enough to want to see them live. Especially when my old band would play shows and you wanted to see who else was playing, you could always just check their myspace and listent to their music and become an instant fan.

I’m gonna break the rules and post two songs from my two favorite drummers. I never took lessons to play drums so my rolling was always crappy, so I definitely wish I could properly play rolls, fills and blast beats and these songs.

Lately I’ve noticed a lot of my music randomly disappears from my iTunes. It’s kind of really annoying. Now that I’ve got iTunes Match I’m hoping the problem will fix itself. I still have a lot of older music that I know I have the actual CD, and I remember ripping them to my computer, but when I check on iTunes, its not there. I check the iTunes folder and sure enough, there’s a empty folder with the artist and and album but no actual music in it. WTF.
