For the last year or so I’ve been doing P90X. At first I didn’t lose a ton of weight but I could tell my body was changing. My whole upper body got bigger. You could begin to see muscle outlines covered in fat instead of just fat. Around my birthday this year, I started eating properly, or tried to, and lost 18LBS. I’m not entirely sure this is a good thing though, I said at the beginning of the year I was going to lose weight and I didn’t start until eight months in. Then came October and I started eating out of control and stopped working out and gained 8Lbs back. Now I’m hopping back on the eating correctly train. I think I got kinda bored with P90X after doing it for over a year, so now I have a new game plan that’s four parts. I’m gonna do one round of the first three.
Part 1 – Insanity
Part 2 – P90X 2! By the time I’m done doing the 60 day thing with Insanity P90X Part 2 will be out and I’m definitely gonna want to try that.
Part 3 – Rushfit. It’s a GSP workout video lol, how do you not want to try it.
Part 4 – AKA
I’ve been wanting to train for a while now. It would just make sense to finally do it and since I wont be in the Bay Area much longer, why not take advantage of having AKA in my own backyard and train there for 6 months before moving to Nashville.
