I forgot what panel I was watching, off the top of my head I'm gonna guess it was the emc australia one. An audience member asked or someone brought up the topic of playing high quality songs during your set, and Diplo responds with how he didn't care at all, he'd use songs he ripped from youtube in his set and I actually lol'd and decided next time I hear Diplo I'd give him a chance. I've never been a huge Diplo fan for whatever reason. Maybe cause I wasn't huge on the Major Lazer stuff, but I decided to go ahead and give him a watch since they were playing him on tomorrowworld tv on youtube and he's the first artist I've watched from festival streams that made me think, oh shit, this is what I've been missing out on!?! This whole time, this is what I've been missing out on! The second he dropped The Crown which I later found out was gonna be on his new revolution ep, I was sold. The Revolution EP has been on all my playlist since the day it was released 2 weeks ago.

Next step is to actually see Diplo next time I get the chance. He's quickly moving to becoming one of my favorites. I know I'm super late, but better late than never I say.
